A Security Deposit for Hostel Admissions (refundable in nature) shall be paid separately; i.e. Rs. 5,500 for Non AC and Rs. 22,000 for AC Rooms.
At the time of exit, a maintenance fee of Rs. 1000 will be deducted from the hostel deposit.
The AC supply will not be provided from 9AM to 6PM.
The hostel fees have to be paid annually.
The hostel term is calculated from July (current year) to June (next year).
The hospital facilities will be available 24x7 (chargeable basis) to ensure the highest level of medical care.
Wi-Fi usage will be limited for educational purposes only.
Once the hostel fees is paid, they are non-refundable and non-transferrable in nature.
The hostel fees cannot be paid on a pro-rata basis.
The hostel fee includes a pure vegetarian Indian meal consisting of limited breakfast, unlimited lunch, and dinner.
There will be no dinner on Sundays as the mess will be closed.
The rooms will be allotted on a "first come first serve" basis.
Complimentary laundry will be made available for six pairs of clothes every week.
The hostel residents will be provided with a one time complimentary hostel kit that includes a bedsheet, pillow, bucket, tumbler and other essentials.
The water supply will be provided from 5AM to 9AM and from 5PM to 9PM.
The water supply will be available in each room through a common tap throughout the day.
Hot water supply will be available only during the winter months for a limited time duration.
Additional subscription charges of Rs. 5,500 will be applicable for the usage of the gymnasium and Rs. 2,000 will be applicable for the swimming pool.
